"Looks good, but the finish is kinda sloppy"
I was disappointed with it. Like, from a distance it looks nice and the pictures make it seem better than it is, but once I had it in my hands, the quality just didn’t feel there. The fit was a bit off and some of the edges had rough spots straight out of the box. For what it costs, I expected it to feel a lot more finished. It’s not awful, but it just doesn’t really feel worth the price.

"I was ready to place my order..."
I was ready to place my order, but the site kept freezing right at checkout. Then, out of nowhere, my cart emptied, which was really frustrating. To me, it felt like the site just isn’t reliable enough to trust with an order, so I don’t see myself shopping here again.

"Probably not worth the price"
I don’t know, maybe I expected too much, but this just felt way too expensive for what it is. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but i don’t feel like it was worth the money.

"Broke way too soon and no one followed up"
I was disappointed with this. It didn’t last long at all and ended up breaking much sooner than I expected. I reached out hoping someone would follow up or offer some kind of help, but I never heard anything back. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up kind of crushed, and my first instinct was to be a little worried about what was inside. Luckily, everything seemed okay, but the packaging itself was just so-so.

"Overall, I’m happy with it. It feels really..."
Overall, I’m happy with it. It feels really solid and the finish has held up well so far, which is nice. My only real complaint is the price, it feels a bit higher than it should be for what it is.

"Nice product, awful support experience"
I’ll give them this: the stuff looks good. But wow, trying to deal with a return and warranty issue was such a headache. It took forever to get any kind of response, and when they finally did reply, it was these super short, unhelpful messages that barely answered what I asked. Like, am I supposed to chase you down for basic support? For what they charge, I expected way better. just left me annoyed, and I won’t be buying from them again.

"Nice to look at, not so great to carry"
I picked this up for my everyday carry, and I can’t say it doesn’t look good, because it does. But it feels more like something I’d leave on my desk than actually carry around all day. The clip is kind of awkward, it’s a little bulky in the pocket, and for the price, I don’t feel like it’s not overpriced. Shipping was fine, no complaints there, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Looks great, but how is this okay to hold?"
I ordered this from The James Brand thinking it would be a solid everyday carry, it does look really nice in person. But the second I actually used it for more than a minute, I was like… how is this okay? The edges feel way too sharp in your hand, and it gets uncomfortable fast.
The design is clean, no doubt, but it feels like comfort was barely considered. My grip never felt secure, my hand kept shifting around, and it just didn’t feel natural to use. For something at this price, I really expected it to feel a lot better.

"Just not my style"
I dont know, the look just didnt do it for me. It felt kind of plain but somehow like it was trying too hard at the same time.

"No reply from customer service"
I emailed The James Brand about issue with my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. I even sent follow-up message, but still got no response at all.

For the price of their stuff, I expected at least a basic reply. Even just a quick “we’re checking on it” would have been fine, but it felt like nobody was actually there.

The product might be okay, but the support side was really frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again if this is how they deal with customers.

"Perfect little everyday carry"
I picked up one of their pocket tools it’s a great size. It slips right into the coin pocket of my jeans without feeling bulky at all, which is kind of awesome for daily carry. It’s been super handy for quick little things when I’m out and about. The shape took me a minute to get used to, but overall I’m really happy with it.

"Not enough options to choose from"
I actually liked the overall style of the site, but the selection just felt really limited. There weren’t many sizes, not many colors, and not many cheaper options either. I kept clicking around hoping there’d be more choices, but it was the same issue over and over, just not enough variety. In the end, I left without buying anything because I couldn’t find what I wanted.

"Opening feels rough and the lock sticks"
I’m not super happy with mine. Right out of the box, the opening action felt kind of gritty and stiff, like… not smooth at all, especially for what it costs.
The lock is the part that really bugs me, though. It sticks, and I have to use way too much thumb pressure to close it. Maybe I just got a bad one, but yeah… I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Edge dulled way too quickly"
I was actually in a good mood when this knife showed up because it looked nice right out of the box, but that didn’t last long. After using it for basic stuff like opening boxes, cutting tape, and a few light tasks, the edge already started feeling dull. For what it costs, I really expected it to hold an edge better. I ended up sharpening it sooner than some cheaper knives I own, which was disappointing.

"Looks nice at first, but doesn’t hold up"
I really liked the look of it when I first got it, but the metal finish started scratching way faster than I expected. The handle also feels a bit cheap, which was disappointing. I didn’t even bother reaching out to customer service because I don’t trust they’d do much about it.

I ordered from thejamesbrand.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself and wonder what was going on. For what I paid, I figured it would show up a lot faster. The products do look nice, but the long wait kind of killed the excitement. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there might’ve been some extra cost baked in somewhere, because the overall price didn’t really match the service I got.

"Decent blade, but not my favorite"
It was sharp enough at first and got the job done, but it started dulling faster than I expected. For me, it’s okay in a pinch, but I’d probably look for something that lasts longer next time.
